i want to cancel my memory maker reservation

    Heigh-Ho Gina,

Welcome to planDisney, we are a panel of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Walt Disney World travel experience which we love sharing with our Fellow Guests. I am happy to help with your Memory Maker inquiry. As stated in the Terms & Conditions, Memory Maker is non-refundable (except if purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package) and non-transferable. When purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel package, Memory Maker is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the Disney Resort Hotel package. However, I recommend calling (407) 560-4300 and speaking to a Cast Member. While I am not sure your reasoning for needing to cancel maybe, with a little bit of Faith, Trust, Pixie Dust and some kind words something magical could happen.

Truthfully, I love the convenience of Memory Maker. Disney PhotoPass photographers are always stationed at the most Practically Perfect spots and some even offer Magic Shots which pop up in your photos. Ride attraction action photos are included and now fun new selfie photo options through Snapchat and augmented photos are being added. It makes capturing those magical and memorable moments so effortless.

If we can be of any further assistance reach out and ask.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
