Canceling your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation is quite simple to do. From a browser, log in to your
My Disney Experience account and go to your "My Plans" page. Scroll down until you see your Resort reservation under the "My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets" section. Underneath the confirmation number, you should see the words "Cancel Reservation" in blue lettering. Click "Cancel Reservation" and walk through the remaining steps to complete the process. Keep in mind a cancellation fee may apply, and, if you are due a refund, it will be several days before you receive it. If you do not see the option to cancel your reservation online, you will need to call 407-939-1936 and speak with a helpful Cast Member for further assistance.
Karyn, have you considered
modifying your Resort hotel reservation for a later date instead of canceling it altogether? You should see a box with the words "Change Reservation" under your reservation details in the same location on your My Plans page. If you click it, you can easily change the dates of your reservation for sometime in the future. Again, if you do not see the option to change your reservation, you will need to call and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
