Before I cancel my be our guest reservation is there any way possible to get a plain hamburger or pasta and butter for a super picky child. The other 3 guests are fine with the menu. It’s ok if not. I just wanted to ask before canceling.

Hiya, Michele! Thanks for bringing your great question to us at planDisney.

There's nothing that I love more than food, especially when that food is enjoyed at Walt Disney World Resort! I'm not ashamed to admit that most of my trips revolve around which favorite restaurant I'd like to grab a reservation for or which new snack I need to try. I'm so excited to hear that you have a reservation for Be Our Guest Restaurant, which just so happens to be one of my favorite places in Magic Kingdom Park!

Michele, Be Our Guest Restaurant just feels magical. There's something special about adventuring up to the Beast's castle, walking past gargoyles, and checking out the stunning ballroom! An observant eye will catch some snow falling out of the windows and you won't want to miss taking a look around each dining area after your meal to see if you can spot the rose in the West Wing. With that being said, I'd encourage you to keep this reservation! I'm happy to let you know that there's a pretty well-rounded kids' menu, which can include a fruit and cheese plate, chicken strips, french fries, and macaroni & cheese. While substitutions are always up to that restaurant's discretion, I can tell you that in my experience, Cast Members will always do what they can to accommodate picky eaters. Since macaroni & cheese is on the menu, your best bet might be to request noodles and butter as an option, but I would be open to any suggestions made by that Cast Member.

Before you arrive, be sure to download and explore the My Disney Experience app so you can make the most out of your experience! This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize the fun, as you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food. And of course, if you have any other questions, please write to us again – we're always happy to help!

    See ya real soon,
    Michelle
