    Cancel a Disneyland trip

Hi Marissa, welcome to planDisney. I am so sorry to hear that you have to cancel a visit to Disneyland Resort. We are here to help you out!

Marissa, if you booked a vacation package (tickets and resort), and you are within the 30 days (before arrival) or more date, you can cancel at any time without paying a cancellation fee. If your visit is 29 to 2 days away, you will have to pay a $200 cancellation fee for your vacation, and if you are 1 day away, you will not be refunded. Call the Vacation Packages office at (714) 520-5060 to cancel your package. If you booked a room-only reservation to Disneyland, you can cancel up to 5 days before arrival without a cancellation fee. If your visit is 4 days or less, you will have to pay a one-day hotel charge as the cancellation fee. You can speak to a Cast Member at the Hotel Reservations desk at (714) 956-6425 to make this cancellation.

If you are canceling just tickets, I'm sorry to report more not-so-magical news, Disneyland Tickets are non-refundable. However, if they are unused, you can transfer your tickets to a later date. I would call the Tickets office at (714) 781-4636. You will need to cancel any theme park pass reservations you have made.

I am so sorry again about having to cancel your visit to Disneyland, Marissa! We hope you can visit in the future, it truly is the Happiest Place on Earth!
