Hello, Laurissa!
Welcome to
planDisney, and thanks so much for sending us a
Disneyland Resort question. I’m sorry to hear you had to change your family’s vacation plans, and I hope your daughter is feeling better now!
Laurissa, Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets are non-refundable once purchased, but you do have other options depending on the specific type of tickets you have and if they were used for park entry at all. If you still have valid, wholly-unused tickets, they can be used to make a new theme park reservation for a future visit if you’re able to reschedule your visit soon. Even if your tickets expire before you’re able to plan another trip to the resort, the amount you paid for each unused theme park ticket can be applied as credit toward the purchase of new, valid tickets at that time. However, if you already used one or more days of multi-day tickets to explore the theme parks, those tickets will expire 13 days after first use, even if you canceled the
theme park reservations for any remaining days.
I’m not sure exactly what kind of park tickets you have or if they were used at all, so please feel free to write back with a follow-up question if you need clarification about your options. If you prefer, you can also call (714) 781-4636 to speak with a Cast Member who can assist you further.
I hope this helps answer your question, Laurissa. Please feel free to visit planDisney again for more tips as your planning continues. We’d love to help you make the most of your pixie-dusted vacation!
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
