    I had to cancel my disneyland reservations the day of due to being sick. It seems I lost my tickets because I couldn't go. Is there anyway I can still use them or do I just lost them?

    Hi Jamie and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your planning question. Please don’t worry, you haven’t lost your tickets! I’m happy to help you find them.

    I suggest adding your theme park ticket back to your Disneyland account using the number on your eTicket. You can link your tickets to your Disney account by downloading the Disneyland App or on a home computer by accessing your account. Look for the “Tickets & Passes” tab to add the confirmation numbers.
     
    If you have any issues and are unable to add the tickets, you will still be able to roll over the value of your tickets into the purchase of new tickets. I encourage you to reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and have your confirmation number handy. A Cast Member will be happy to help you!
