Jodie from WA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How do I cancel a Disney World ticket and get reimbursed? Note I have not yet made a park reservation.

    Welcome to planDisney, Jodie!

I have had to cancel a few Walt Disney World Resort vacations myself, so I know what a bummer it is.

Jodie, unfortunately, theme park tickets are non-refundable; however, I do have some good news for you. The amount that you paid for your theme park tickets is never lost. All you need to do is to log into your My Disney Experience Account and change the dates on your theme park tickets. Please note that you may be subject to a difference in price between your theme park ticket and the cost of a ticket on the day that you wish to visit.

I hope this answered your question, Jodie, and I hope that you can reschedule soon!
