Hello, Patty! Thanks for sending in your question to planDisney!
We've learned from the past two years that plans get changed or canceled all the time. Disneyland Res ort understands that guests sometimes need some flexibility when it comes to vacations.
Disney's eTicket Terms and Conditions state that tickets are nonrefundable. However, the value of your wholly unused tickets can be applied towards purchasing new
Theme Park admission tickets at the current price. If your new tickets are higher in price, you'll just need to pay the price difference. I suggest calling the
Disneyland Resort Tickets Services team at (714) 781-4636. They can pull up your Disneyland account and give you the best advice based on your ticket types and expiration dates.
If you need any more advice with rescheduling your trip to The Happiest Place on Earth, Patty, remember, we're all ears! Stay tuned to the latest happens in the parks at the
Disney Parks Blog. See ya real soon!
