    How to cancel Disney tickets

    Hi there, Veronica!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m so happy you stopped by.

I know firsthand how difficult the decision of canceling or postponing a magical vacation can be. However, I do want you to know that the magic of Disneyland Resort will be here to welcome you once you’re ready to embark on more enchanting adventures!

Veronica, although theme park tickets are nonrefundable, wholly unused tickets never lose their monetary value. Once you’re ready to begin planning another trip, you can use the value of your current tickets, even if they expired, and apply it towards new tickets. Please do be sure to hold onto the confirmation number of your current tickets, as you'll need it when applying the value of the current tickets to new ones. I would like to note that you may have to pay a price difference if the pricing of tickets increases.

Once you’re ready to begin planning your magical vacation again, your pals at planDisney are all EARS to help you out whenever you have a question!
