How do I cancel a dinner reservation?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cheryl! I am so happy you stopped by.

If you are unable to "Be Our Guest" for your scheduled restaurant reservation, there is no need to fret. Your My Disney Experience Account allows you to quickly and easily cancel or modify reservations. Once you are logged into your My Disney Experience account either on the website or the My Disney Experience Mobile App, simply go to "My Plans" and select the reservation that you wish to cancel. Once you select the reservation, there should be a link that says "cancel."

Occasionally a reservation will need to be canceled over the phone, this often happens if you are canceling within 24-hours, have a special reservation booked such as the Fantasmic! Dining Package, or have a large group. In this case, simply call (407) 824-1391 and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

Please note that each Walt Disney World Resort restaurant does have a cancelation policy, so make sure that you cancel your reservation more than 24-hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

I hope that this helped, Cheryl. Please come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if we can help as you plan your magical vacation.

    See you real soon!
