Canceling a
dining reservation is not difficult to do at all. If something comes up that prevents you from going to the restaurant, you can cancel online (website or
My Disney Experience app) or by calling the Disney Reservation Center (find phone directory
here), available by phone from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
Keep in mind that restaurants offering advanced dining reservations will charge a per-person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled after the cancellation period, or if you simply do not show up. Since the cancellation policy may vary from restaurant to restaurant, be sure to ask the Cast Member who helps you book it. When booking online, be sure to read such policy, which should be clearly written in the email you receive.
