Thank you for taking the time to stop by planDisney, Barbara! I'm sorry to hear that you had to cancel your trip; I sincerely hope you're feeling better. Let's get you started with planning your next vacation!
Tickets and packages at Walt Disney World Resort are nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, if your tickets remain unused, the value of your ticket never expires and can be applied to a future vacation. If you have already decided on your new travel dates, Barbara, you can call 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639), and a Cast Member will be able to update the dates for your tickets in your
My Disney Experience account. If you linked your tickets, they are still attached to your account and visible on the Cast Member side, even if they are no longer appear in your account. One thing to keep in mind is that theme park tickets are date-based, so if your new dates are higher in price, you would need to pay the difference. For example, ticket days near Easter would be more expensive than tickets in mid-January.
Mickey is ready to welcome you, Barbara, to
Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary! Since this special occasion spans 18 months, you still have plenty of time to celebrate this milestone with your family. Just make sure to get a photo in front of
Cinderella Castle, decorated in her EARidescent splendor. See ya real soon!
