How do you cancel a cruise?

    Hi, Joyce! Welcome aboard!

I'm so sorry you're looking at possibly canceling your Disney Cruise Line vacation. I've been in that same boat a couple of times before, and it's never fun.

To cancel a Disney Cruise Line vacation, you will have to either call or submit the cancelation in writing. You can call 1-800-951-3532 to speak with a Cast Member who can help you to rebook or determine a refund based on the cruise line cancelation policy. The cancelation policy has been relaxed due to the current health climate in our country, so it can't hurt to just go over it before you make your call.

If you do ultimately have to cancel, Joyce, I hope it won't be long before you're planning your next high seas adventure! And as always, we'll be here to help get you shipshape and ready to sail.
