Ahoy there, Barbara Jean! Welcome aboard. We are so grateful you decided to sail in with your question.
Barbara Jean, on
Disney Cruise Line, there are different policies when it comes to canceling your trip depending on the type of stateroom or length of the cruise you are taking. The policy is the same on each of the ships in the
Disney Cruise Line fleet, including the brand new, beautiful
Disney Wish.
The
current cancellation policy, which is in effect for cruises through March 31, 2023, does indicate that if you are in a suite or a concierge level room, and you cancel more than 60 days before your sail date, you would lose your deposit. However, if instead of canceling your cruise you opt to move your deposit to a future cruise, you are permitted to do that. You don't even have to move your deposit to another concierge-level room. You can move the deposit to any category stateroom.
I hope this helps with the planning you're doing, Barbara Jean, and I do hope you aren't having to cancel an upcoming cruise! My fingers are crossed that everything works out well for you, and you are soon shipshape and ready to sail!
