Hey there, Andres!
I'm so sorry to hear you haven't been able to visit
Walt Disney World Resort. It's one of my very favorite places to spend my time, but I understand that sometimes feeling change or life's obligations get in the way.
Theme Park tickets and
Annual Passes are considered non-refundable. I don't believe you will receive a refund for the amount you paid, but there may be an alternate solution. If you have never used your Annual Pass you may be able to reassign it to someone in your
Family & Friends list. Keep in mind that if you purchased a pass exclusively available to Florida residents, the guest you reassign your pass to must have
valid proof of Florida residency to activate.
If you have already visited with your pass (even just once), unfortunately, you will not be able to reassign it to a friend. In that case, I recommend planning a few more visits to maximize the value of your pass before it expires. There are many experiences awaiting in the parks that aren't attraction-focused like
live musical performances at EPCOT during its many seasonal festivals, fabulous dining and lounge experiences (
Nomad Lounge at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is a favorite for its unique menu and relaxed setting), as well as Character encounters and evening fireworks. I'm partial to the thrilling attractions of course, and recommend experiencing
TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise and
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind if you haven't done so already.
Andres, I know this is not the answer you hoped for today, but I recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member by phone to see if there is another solution I might not be aware of. I'm wishing you a magical year whether you spend it in the parks or off on other adventures.
Magic and memories,
Amy
