    Can I cancel my annual passes? Is there a fee?

    Thanks for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Annual Passes are nontransferable and nonrefundable. If you haven't activated it yet, you can activate your annual pass when you are ready to start using it. I'm sorry you aren't able to use your pass, and I hope you're able to hang onto it for when you're ready to enjoy a year of Walt Disney World!
