Can I cancel my annual passes

    Hi there, Bryce!

Welcome to planDisney; we’re glad you stopped by with your question for us.

While I love being an Annual Passholder, I completely understand that sometimes plans change. I, too, have had my share of canceled trips, and while it’s not ideal, I take comfort in knowing the magic will be here when I’m ready to return to Walt Disney World Resort.

Bryce, I looked up the Walt Disney World® Resort Annual Pass Terms and Conditions page for you, and it states that Annual Passes are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you haven’t yet activated your Annual Pass (this is done upon the first time you enter a theme park using your Annual Pass, and not when you purchase it), you have a full year to do so before it expires. Once activated, the clock starts ticking, and you have a year before it expires.

In case you’d like to discuss this further with a Cast Member, please don’t hesitate to call the Annual Passholders line.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic when you’re ready, Bryce.
