    I am a Canadian resident and our family trip was cancelled in March due to park closure. My father purchased the tickets however I purchased the Memory Maker at the advance price. Can I get a refund? I am not sure if we will be re booking any time soon.

We're so glad you're here!  Spring is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World!  Events such as the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, and Epcot International Festival of the Arts appeals to my family's love of gardening and art! I'm so sorry that your trip was cancelled, but rest assured that when you and your family are ready, the magic and moments are still there, waiting to be explored as Walt Disney World begins Returning to the Magic! 

    Disney's Memory Maker is a great way to ensure you capture all the moments you and your loved ones experience while enjoying your time at the parks and resorts!  Memory Maker allows unlimited digital downloads of your PhotoPass photos and videos.  Memory Maker is non-refundable, however, the date of use can be changed to coordinate with your new dates of arrival.  Should you need to add this to a future reservation, you can access the Contact Us tab, and chat or call a member of Guest Services to assist you.
