We are Canadian and purchased 3 day park tickets (for 5 people) back in January 2020. We were to use them in March 2020, but the resort closed due to Covid. We are now planning a trip for March 2022. Are we able to use our 2020 tickets?

Welcome, Jennifer! We are glad you decided to bring your question to planDisney.

I am sorry to hear that your trip to Disneyland Resort had to be canceled. The same thing happened to my family as well, and it was challenging having to delay the magic.

It is my understanding that many of the tickets purchased in 2020 expired in December 2021. But don't worry! It is Disneyland Resort ticket policy that any wholly unused tickets can be applied toward purchasing new theme park tickets, even if the original tickets expired. To use your unused tickets, you will need to give a Cast Member in Ticket Services a phone call. I recommend having your ticket information available when you call.

I hope you have a wonderful trip in March! With any luck, maybe you will be at the resort just in time for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival from March 4 through April 26, 2022. As a foodie, I love all the new and exciting food and beverage options available only during the festival. I hope you have a chance to check it out.

    Best wishes,
    Lola
