Going on the Canada cruise out of New York, would like to know close by place to stay and where to park besides the Disney garage at 40/day

Welcome aboard, Julia! You're in for such a magical adventure when the Disney Magic sails out of New York to explore the gorgeous Canadian Coast this fall. Besides all of the fun that is included in every Disney Cruise Line voyage, you'll also be able to venture off the boat in some beautiful ports of call. What fun!

I understand that parking in New York can be costly, including at the cruise port. If you're looking for a hotel to stay at the night prior to your cruise, you may consider one that offers a Park and Cruise deal. I know there are a handful of hotels near the New York City cruise port that offer free parking for up to 10 or 14 days if you're cruising after staying there for a night or two. Do a quick web search for "hotels in New York with Park and Cruise", and you'll see some great options. I believe that the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Newark and the Country Inn & Suites in Newark, the Wyndham Newark and the Crowne Plaza Hotel Newark all offer the parking while you cruise, as do many others, though I believe you'll need to take a taxi to the port.

I hope those suggestions help as you get ready to set sail, Julia! Please stop back with any other questions about your upcoming cruise on the Disney Magic! We're happy to help!
