We are camping at fort wilderness and my sister in law wants to stop and visit. Can they drive to our suite and hang out for the day?

    Hi there, Amanda!

Welcome to planDisney! I’m happy you’re here with a question for us today!

Your vacation is nEAR and that’s certainly something to chEAR about! You’re going to love staying at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. Experiencing the great outdoors at The Most Magical Place on Earth is an incredible experience.

I’m elated your family would like to come to spend a day with you! They are absolutely welcome to do so, I would just advise you to discuss this with the Front Desk. Cast Members there will be happy to provide you with details about the information they would need from your sister-in-law upon arrival. Sometimes they ask you to register Guests visiting for the day as Day Guests, while other times they may have her park in the visitor lot and take Resort transportation back to the campsites. Once you have that taken care of, your Guests are as welcome as can be!

Nothing beats the feeling of a warm breeze on a sunny Florida morning or making delectable s’mores under a starry sky with family and I’m hoping you get to experience all the fun at this magical Disney Resorts Collection hotel! I love seeing all there is to do at the Resort hotel I’m staying at, and the recreational offerings at Campsites at Fort Wilderness Resort are wonderful. From pony rides to the Fort Wilderness Archery Experience, I hope you make time to check it all out!

Have the most enchanting vacation, Amanda!
