    We are camping in Fort Wilderness June 13-20, would it be easier to get to reservations for 6:40 pm dinner at Chef Mickey's by taking a bus from Animal Kingdom or should we go back to our site and drive? If we do the former can we get back to our campsite

    If it were me, I would take a bus from the Animal Kingdom to the Contemporary Resort for your dinner at Chef Mickey's.  After you eat, you will be able to take a boat from the Contemporary back to Fort Wilderness (with a stop at the WIlderness Lodge along the way).  I think this would save you a great deal of time over going back to your resort before you eat.
