    I have been calling for two days to make payment on my reservation and can’t get through

    Welcome to planDisney, Jamie! I’m so sorry you’re having trouble getting through. I may have a few options for you to be able to make your payment without having to call the Walt Disney World Resort. I’m happy to help you. 

    To see if your reservation is payable online, sign into your My Disney Experience account and hold your mouse over My Disney Experience in the top right corner of the page. Click on "My Plans" on the menu that appears and when this page loads, you will see your reservation information.

    Once linked, you may see "Remaining Balance" with a "Make a Payment" link. If you see this link, you may click on the link and follow the prompts to make your payment. If you do not see an option for payment, you will need to call (407) 939-5277 to speak to a Cast Member to make that payment. 

    If you have purchased a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room-only stay, your final balance can be paid when you check-in. So please don’t worry!  When you arrive at your Resort Hotel, a Cast Member will be able to help you.
