I called T-Rex to make reservations. I asked one of the employees if it is honored under our Disney dining plan. She said yes, even though you cannot get it booked through Disney. She said all you have to do is show your band. Is she correct?

    Hi Bonnie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

I'm happy to hear you're making those ever-important dining reservations for your trip, especially since you'll be using the Disney Dining Plan.  T-REX Restaurant is a delicious and dino-rific dining choice!  I mean, where else can you travel back in time a couple hundred million years during your meal?  I'm happy to tell you that you received the correct information.  As long as you have a Disney Dining Plan that includes Table-Service meal entitlements, T-REX Restaurant does participate for both lunch and dinner under the on the 2015 Disney Dining Plan.  For each Guest, it will use 1 Table-Service entitlement.  You'll just need to show your MagicBand to your service to redeem those entitlements at the end of your meal, the same as you do at other Table-Service restaurants.

I hope that helps, Bonnie, but we'd love to see you back real soon if you have any other questions!

    Have a magical vacation!

    Beth
