    I called reservations to add a request for microwave to my room, Nov 13-17. The agent told me all rooms have microwaves. Is this correct? Everywhere I look, it says a microwave is first come first served upon request only. Lagoon view room-grand Floridian

I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your question about requesting a microwave in your resort room at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa. It would be my pleasure to help you heat things up while on your vacation!

    While microwaves are available in the Deluxe Studios and Deluxe Villas at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, they are not located in the regular resort rooms. Microwaves are available for Guest use in Gasparilla Island Grill. Requests for microwaves are now being taken upon arrival and check-in at the resort. You can call down to Housekeeping once you are in your room, or you can request one with the Front Desk Cast Member.
