Can will call tickets that require Florida proof of residency be picked up the day before entering the parks or does documentation need to be shown the first actual park day? Plan to do rope drops the first day and want to avoid delays at the gate.

Hiya Veronica, Welcome to planDisney! I'm happy to help you with your theme park ticket question! And how exciting that your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is right around the corner!

Guests can pick up their ticket cards for Will Call at any of the Guest Relations windows located at the entrance of all four theme parks. Another option is to pick them up at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs prior to your vacation. This will allow you to get started right away with your vacation and head straight to the parks when they open! If you are staying at a Disney Resorts hotel, complimentary resort transportation is provided. I'd suggest traveling to the nearest theme park to pick up your tickets or getting on another bus from the theme park to Disney Springs

As a reminder, guests using the Florida Resident ticket are required to be present at pick up, as they must provide proof of Florida Residency to activate and use their tickets.

Veronica, I see your arrival date is in March. If your schedule allows, I highly recommend stopping by EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. It is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World Resort! The weather is great and you're bound to enjoy the food, flowers and entertainment!

I hope you find this information helpful and thank you again for visiting us at planDisney!
