Brandie from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

When I call the Splitsville Orlando #, no one picks up. How do I switch a lunch reservation to lunch and bowling? How long does it take to serve a lunch reservation? I know Rainforest and T-Rex times were at least 1 hour between ordering and food delivery.

    Hi Brandie!

Welcome back to planDisney!  I'm delighted you've stopped by to see us with your question about one of my favorite spots at Disney Springs, Splitsville Luxury Lanes.  I can see your visit is approaching quickly, which means we don't have a moment to SPARE, so let's get rolling!

Brandie, I remember being a little confused the first time I visited Splitsville about what exactly I was reserving, partly because there are actually two reservation systems for the same location.  Splitsville Luxury Lanes reserves your bowling, and Splitsville Dining Room gives you the option to book a dining reservation without bowling during your visit.  If you want to bowl while you eat, you can just book a bowling reservation as the entire bowling alley offers a dine-in option.  This is what we did during our visit, and it worked out really well!  There was a comfortable table right at our lane, and we found the staff to be wonderfully attentive.  After placing our order, we spent time bowling while the food was being prepared.  Once it arrived at the table, we took turns eating and bowling for the remainder of our reservation.  My kids were with me when I dined and bowled here, and I think it was the most fun they've ever had at a restaurant!  It's important to keep in mind that Splitsville assigns you a length of time for your bowling reservation based on the number of people in your party.  We didn't feel at all rushed to eat and bowl at the same time, but if you're looking for a more relaxed experience, you may want to book them separately.

If you'd prefer to enjoy your meal separately, you can choose to book a dining reservation and then a bowling reservation, or vice versa.  While I don't remember waiting particularly long for our food order to arrive, it's always hard to predict how long that will take at a restaurant, as it can really vary based on the time of day and how busy they are at that time.  If you decide to make two separate reservations, I'd suggest making them at least 90 to 120 minutes (or longer) apart.  It may actually be a bit easier to predict your dining reservation time if you choose to eat after you bowl, as you'll know how long Splitsville has assigned to your party to bowl.

It sounds like you already have a dining-only reservation for the day of your visit.  To modify your plans, you can either add a bowling reservation and use both, or make your bowling reservation and then cancel your dining reservation if you choose to eat while bowling.  Whichever you decide, I'm sure you'll STRIKE up a great time with your group!

Before I SPLIT, let me take a quick minute to offer a few other suggestions!  If you have time between or around your bowling and dining reservations, there is no shortage of things to do in the West Side area of Disney Springs.  You'll find my favorite ice cream spot in Disney Springs, Salt & Straw, just steps away from the entrance to Splitsville, as well as several shopping locations, including DisneyStyle and Super Hero Headquarters.

Brandie, I hope this information has been helpful and that you enjoy your visit to Disney Springs this week!  If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again - we're all ears!

    See ya real soon!
