    Are the call lines open even on the weekends??

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ronda!

    Hey there!  Hi there!  Ho there!  You're as welcome as can be to contact the Cast Members at Walt Disney World seven days a week.  You can reach Vacation Planning Specialists at (407)-939-5277 each day of the week from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Eastern Time.

    If you prefer, online chat services are also available to help you with any questions you may have if making a call is not an option during the times the phone lines are open.  You may also email your question to a Disney Cast Member twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

    I also find the Help Center to have a lot of great information in the form of frequently asked questions.  These questions are sorted by topic and cover information on the theme parks, resorts, dining and everything in between!

    Of course, the Disney Parks Moms Panel is available at any time day or night to deliver a little pixie dust to your magical getaway as well.  Be sure to visit us again with any questions you have about planning your adventures to visit with Mickey Mouse and all of his pals!
