Where do I call to inquire about a special 40th Birthday dessert at California Grill for my husband? Also, are there any other surprises I can do for him while we are there?

    Hi, Cheryl!
I snagged your previous question about birthday balloons for your husband. I couldn't pass up the chance to answer this question as well!

It's probably obvious, birthday celebrations at Walt Disney World Resort are my very favorite. When you set up your reservation for California Grill, you were able to leave a message explaining if you have any celebration plans. It can't hurt to remind the Cast Members you meet when you check into the restaurant. (I'm a big fan of sly conversations with Cast Members during special meals.) You can also set up a special cake delivery during your special meal by calling 407-827-2253 at least 72 hours in advance.

Take a look at this expansive list of celebrations at Walt Disney World Resort. Don't forget to ask Guest Relations for a complimentary birthday button for your husband to wear during your entire visit. Cast Members and Resort Guests will be sure to wish him happy birthday all of the time. That button is sure to make sure unplanned magic can happen at any turn of your visit.

Additional ways to really make your visit to Walt Disney World Resort special is adding a dessert party to your plans or a special experience like Keys to the Kingdom or Wild Africa Trek. You can see a full list of special experiences to find out if anything is the right fit for you.

I hope these are helpful extra tips for your big 40th birthday celebration! Have an incredible time!
