    Should we call ahead to the hotel to let them know that a delivery will come prior to us checking in?

    Oh Boy! As a guest of a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, you never have to leave the magic after a busy day in the theme parks. Did you know that your resort and standard theme park parking are included in your resort stay? Get an early start to your park day and take advantage of the 30-minute Early Theme Park Entry.

    You do not need to call ahead about package or grocery deliveries. I would try to keep packages within a week of your stay. To help guarantee delivery, please follow these guidelines.

    • Name of your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel
    • Guest (Primary Guest Name), Arrival Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
    • Address of Hotel
    • City, State, Zip Code
    Keep in mind packages will gladly be accepted by the front desk and Bell Services that do not require an adult signature. For a small fee, Bell Service can deliver your order to your room.
