one Disney Account so you’re smart to reach out before sailing. These sorts of technical knots are best untangled by a Disney Crew Member who can assist you over the phone. They can receive verbal permission from you to access your account details and make these changes on your behalf. Please
call a friendly Disney Cruise Line team member at your earliest convenience so they can confirm your DisneyBand+ gets to the right place and is associated with your upcoming cruise reservation.
