Hi there, Ivonne!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing your question to us! I'm so sorry to hear that your original plans to visit the Happiest Place on Earth didn't happen as planned. I totally understand that sometimes you have to deal with real life but I certainly hope that you'll be able to make it to the Disneyland Resort at some point.
Since your special California Resident tickets have already expired, I'm afraid that your reservations cannot be rescheduled and tickets are nonrefundable. It's not all bad news, though. According to the
eTicket Terms and Conditions, the cost of a wholly unused, expired ticket may be applied towards the purchase of a new
Theme Park Ticket as long as that ticket is of equal or greater value. I would recommend calling and speaking to a Cast Member at the
Tickets phone line in order to get more details about your options or initiating a Chat session through either the
Disneyland website or the
Disneyland Mobile App.
There are a lot of exciting changes happening at the Disneyland Resort this year, so it's a great time to plan another visit when your schedule allows.
Tiana's Bayou Adventure will be debuting sometime this year in Disneyland Park and I've already heard some great things about this attraction from my Walt Disney World friends. We're also greatly anticipating the return of
Haunted Mansion Holiday with
Expanded Grounds which will include a more immersive queue and Madame Leota's Carriage House.
Ivonne, I hope that you found this information useful and you found some options for your tickets. Please feel free to return again if you have more questions for us. We'd love to hear from you again, especially if you can get to the Parks this year! Until next time!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
