The California resident 3 day park hopper sale. If I reserve the 3 days and end up having a change of plans. Can I reschedule the reserved day?

Hi James! Welcome to planDisney. Taking advantage of the California resident 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket Offer is a fantastic way to plan multiple days of Disney fun, and it’s smart to think ahead about what happens if your schedule needs a little adjusting. I’m happy to walk you through how flexible those reservations can be.

When you purchase this special California resident ticket, you’re asked to select the dates you plan to visit along with your starting location for each day. That step creates your theme park reservations, which are required for entry alongside your valid admission. If your plans change, there’s good news. Those reservations are not locked in forever and can be modified, as long as availability remains for the new dates you’re hoping to switch to.

To update a reservation, sign in to your MyDisney account and head to the My Plans section. From there, you’ll see a list of your existing reservations with options to manage them. Select the date you want to adjust and follow the on-screen prompts to change or cancel it. Once your update is complete, you’ll receive a new confirmation email reflecting the changes. Before finalizing anything, it’s always a good idea to check the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. Be sure to filter specifically for the California resident 3-Day Park Hopper Ticket so you’re viewing the correct availability tied to your offer.

Keep in mind that this ticket is valid for visits from January 1 through May 21, 2026, which gives you a wide window to reschedule if life throws a curveball your way. That flexibility makes it easier to plan around work schedules, school breaks, or even just the weather.

If you’re still deciding on the best time to go, there’s plenty to look forward to in early 2026. Disney California Adventure Park is set to host the always-popular Food and Wine Festival during March and April, filling the day with tasty bites and lively entertainment. Over at Disneyland, families will have something extra special to enjoy beginning March 22, 2026, when Bluey’s Best Day Ever! debuts at the Fantasyland Theatre. Bringing the warmth, humor, and heart of the beloved Disney+ series to the stage, it’s sure to be a hit with younger Guests and parents alike.

I hope this helps you feel confident about reserving now while knowing you still have options if plans change. If any other questions come up as you plan your visit, please stop by planDisney again. We’re always delighted to help you plan your Disneyland adventures.

    Have a magical day!
