Paula from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I am a California resident and my daughter is a college student in California. She has been here for 2 years but not a holder of a CA ID. She has a job and a lease! Can she enter the park?

    Howdy Paula!

Welcome to planDisney, a group of the rootinest tootinest Disney vacation enthusiasts this side of Disneyland Resort! I am so glad that you decided to stop by with your vacation question, and I would love to help round up an answer for you. Since the announcement of the phased reopening of Disneyland Resort, we are all ready to blast off to infinity and beyond.

Out-of-state Guests will be able to purchase tickets and make theme park reservations for dates on or after June 15, 2021. If your daughter plans to visit before June 15, 2021, she will need to ensure that her address in her Disney account reflects her current California residence when making theme park reservations. I highly recommend that she bring either her Student ID card or a picture ID along with her lease agreement as proof of California residency.

I hope this information helps you and your daughter return to the land of magic in Disneyland Resort soon. Please remember that you’ve got a friend in us here at planDisney, so stop back by any time we can help answer your vacation questions.
