    I got the California 3-day mon-sun pass and have gone to the first day. Unfortunately due to an unforeseen family tragedy I will not be able to make it to the second day I have reserved. Is there a way to change my reservation day?

    Hi Christian – I’m sending you and your family well-wishes. I hope you all have the support you need.

    When you are ready to reschedule your second day of the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer, you can do so online by visiting My Reservations. Once you visit My Reservations, you will sign in with your Disneyland Account information, then proceed to cancel your current reservation. Afterward, you can proceed with securing a new reservation.

    And don’t forget that the expiration date of the Southern California Resident Ticket Offer is coming up and will be September 15, 2022. I recommend trying to use your last day between September 2, 2022 and September 15, 2022, as Halloween at the Disneyland Resort will be in full effect during those days.
