Hi Debbie!
Welcome to planDisney. I'm thrilled to hear you have an upcoming visit to
Disneyland Resort and love that you're already working on your park day itineraries. I always make sure to review
showtimes and
park hours leading up to our trips so I'm fully prepared to maximize our vacation time the minute we step foot on property.
World of Color is a personal favorite of mine, so I can understand not wanting to miss it during your visit. I remember the first time I saw glimpses of it from our resort room at
Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel years ago. We arrived late after a long day of travel and I was captivated by the dancing water, lights, and music happening just outside my window. I tried not to watch too much and spoil the show since we had plans to watch it in full the following day, but it was hard not to sit there and soak it all in.
I'm happy to share that a new version is currently available as part of the
Disney100 Celebration.
World of Color- ONE is a specialty nighttime entertainment offering that celebrates 100 years of Walt Disney Animation Studios' favorites alongside beloved characters from Pixar,
Star Wars, and Avengers, too! It's sure to dazzle and delight guests just as much as the original so definitely make plans to experience it during your trip. I took a quick look at the upcoming calendar, and World of Color- ONE appears to be scheduled twice per night on most evenings in June. You'll notice there is only one showing on evenings when World of Color- A Grad Nite Celebration is also scheduled. This is offered as part of a separate Special Ticketed Event, so keep in mind that park hours will be shortened on those days for guests without a
Disneyland Resort Grad Nite ticket.
I hope this helped Debbie. If we can answer any additional questions please feel free to reach out to us again.
Wishing you magic and memories,
Amy
