Calendar lists Electrical Parade beginning at 9:00 pm and the VISIONS fireworks at 10:00 pm in MK on 4/20/12. Is it realistic/possible to take in BOTH of these events that same day? Where is the best place to sit & how early should we secure a spot th

    Hi Mark,

It's certainly possible to view the evening parade and Wishes fireworks in the same night. There are thousands of Disney guests that do this every day. There are good viewing spots all along Main Street and the hub area in front of the castle. I'd simply find a spot anywhere there that is open and comfortable (sometimes I look for a spot that has a lamppost or something similar to lean on).

April 20 will be a fairly busy day at the MK. I'd try to secure your spot for the parade about 45 minutes prior to showtime. You can have one or two members of your party guard the spot while others go for one last ride, get some snacks, or make a restroom run. After you've enjoyed the parade, you should just stay where you are for the fireworks. Again, a few members of your group can keep your location secure while the others go for last minute snacks/shopping/etc.

Watching the parade and fireworks sounds like a lovely way to spend and evening. Enjoy!
