How do you calculate cash tips for Dream? 2 Adults-should we leave daily tip? Also Dining staff? I would think cast members like cash better then prepaid on room tab! Excursions-do you tip them as well? (kayaking/hike &catamaran/ snorkeling. 25 days)

    Welcome aboard, Denise!

Traditionally, guests tip at the end of their cruise for the entire length of stay. The Cast Members that are usually tipped are:

Dining Server: $4/day, per person, including children
Assistant Server: $3/day, per person, including children
Head Server: $1/day per, person, including children
Stateroom Host: $4/day, per person, including children

Those are the traditional tips, but many guests have such amazing experiences with these particular Cast Members that they choose to add onto these tips. On your final evening onboard, tip envelopes will be left in your stateroom. Guests can either leave cash or charge these tips to their stateroom account, then leaving a coupon stub in the envelope to give to each Cast Member.

It is traditional to tip guides on Disney's Port Adventures, and you can feel free to do so based on the service provided. I have never had a guide who disappointed, so I can assure you that you will be very pleased with them!

If you order from the complimentary Room Service, it is traditional to tip those Cast Members at the time they deliver the food.

You set sail so soon, you must be getting very excited! Please let me know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan, Denise!
