Bright suns and welcome to planDisney, Patrick. Your insight serves you well, as we
are the panelists you're looking for.
It sounds like you're planning on making the journey to Batuu during your visit to the Disneyland Resort. I'm so glad to hear it. What's a visit to Batuu without bringing something home to remember your time there? And why wait to enjoy it when you can blend in with locals? All good questions.
I'm pleased to share that you should have no problems wearing your Jedi tunic after you've purchased it. You'll want to make sure that the garment does not drag on the ground, creating a potential tripping hazard, and be careful when boarding and exiting attractions. I would also be mindful of the
Attire Policies found in the Park Rules.
I love wandering the shops in the marketplace on Batuu for goods and wares to take home with me as keepsakes. Did you know that you can get select clothing and bags personalized with embroidery in Aurebesh? I did this on my last visit and it's my favorite souvenir. This option is conveniently located at
Black Spire Outfitters, where you'll also find your Jedi tunic.
While you're "on planet," be sure to keep an eye out for
some familiar faces roaming the Outer Rim outpost. During a recent visit, I was able to see Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Luke Skywalker. I didn't catch Darth Vader, but given that I'm part of the Rebel Alliance, I'm not too upset that our paths did not cross.
Well, Patrick, I hope that this has been helpful as you're getting ready for your intergalactic journey. Come back to visit us with any other questions that we can help with before your visit. Until then, here's wishing you an out-of-this-world visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
May the Force be with you,
Michelle
