When buying tickets, is there a way to buy a five day ticket with only one of those days being a ticket with park hopper option or would I need to buy a four day ticket and then a ticket with park hopper individually?

    Welcome to planDisney, Julia!

While I am a huge fan of the Park Hopper Option, I find that I may not need it on every day of my trip. There is so much to see and do in each park that you can easily spend a whole day, or more, in one park and not experience all that the park has to offer.

Julia, for your initial theme park ticket purchase, you will need to purchase the same type of ticket for every day of  admission. This means that if you purchase the Park Hopper Option for your theme park tickets, you must have this option for each day of your trip.

Julia, I will let you in on a little secret. If you are planning on using the Park Hopper on the last day of your ticket, you can actually add it at Walt Disney World! Just be sure you add the Park Hopper Option before you enter the parks on your last day. You can add the Park Hopper Option at the front desk of your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or by visiting Guest Services in the park.

When you change your ticket type, this change will go into effect for any remaining dates of your ticket. If you want to add the Park Hopper for a day in the middle of your trip, you will need to purchase a separate 1-day ticket with the Park Hopper Option.

    Happy hopping!
