    I have been buying Disney gift cards with extra grocery money as a way to save for our upcoming visit. Is it possible to use the cards towards our room charge at a Disney Resort? If so how do we do this?

    I love your clever way of purchasing Disney Gift cards and using them towards paying for your vacation!

    The way I use gift cards to pay for my room charges is simple. I place all of my charges on my Key to the World card during my vacation. I leave all of my gift cards in my room safe and do not worry about losing them or what balance I have on them. 

    When I am about to reach my limit for charges at my resort or the night before I am checking out, I simply go to the front desk with my gift cards and pay the bill. Each resort has a different limit you can place on your Key to the World card before the charge goes to your credit card. This amount is noted at check-in.
