It’s a bibbidi bobbidi beautiful day to see you at planDisney, Tawnya!
When I first hEARd
Disneyland Resort would be reopening for Guests residing in California, I was smiling EAR to EAR. I know many friends living in The Golden State that have been yearning to get back to the magic. And I like the way you think, Tawnya! As a Texan myself, I would love to be prepared once reservations for out-of-state Guests open up!
As you know, Guests only with a California address are able to make
Theme Park reservations currently. Theme park reservations are required, along with a valid ticket to enter the parks. However, I’m happy to tell you that Guests from out-of-state are still able to purchase
theme park tickets. Under the ticket guidelines, you will find that One-day tickets purchased this year are valid now through December 30, 2022, and multi-day tickets purchased this year must be used within 13 days of first use or by January 12 2023. If your tickets do end up expiring, the price paid for the ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price. This means you can certainly purchase your tickets now and be ready to make those reservations once they open up to Guests residing outside of California.
I would encourage you to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and the Disneyland Resort website for the latest updates. This way, you will be among the first to know when reservations do open up for out-of-state Guests!
We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic when the time is right, Tawnya!
