Although
theme park tickets are nonrefundable, wholly unused tickets never lose their monetary value. This means that as long as they are unused, you can use the value of the tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. Please keep in mind that if there is a price increase on the new tickets, you would have to pay the difference. And please be sure to keep your confirmation number of the existing tickets with you, as a Cast Member will need them when using the existing tickets’ value towards new ones. My Disney Experience Mobile App by following these steps:
You will want to open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App and tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Next, please select “Tickets and Passes.” Then, locate your tickets and click on the option underneath that says, “Change Ticket.” You should be able to make the changes to the date this way. You can also do this by
calling and speaking to a friendly Cast Member at Existing Tickets, and they will be happy to help you!
