Can you buy tickets at animal kingdom on the day with cash please?

Jambo, Sara! Thanks for stopping by planDisney as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort visit. I hope your Mickey suitcase is packed and ready to burst—mine would be! It sounds like you're dreaming of going on a safari at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, so let's look at admission options. Twende!

Guests have several payment options to purchase admission at any theme park entrance on the day they want to visit. You'll go through security and then look for the ticket windows. Hakuna Matata! You can pay with cash, credit or debit cards, and even a Disney Gift Card.

Keep in mind that during busy seasons, parks could reach capacity. For example, Magic Kingdom Park shows a few days with limited theme park reservations this week, but Animal Kingdom is available daily. Since fall brings out the Halloween decor, many guests love visiting the parks to enjoy the sights. My tip is to arrive when the park opens to be assured admission.

My favorite roller coaster is Expedition Everest - Legend of the Forbidden Mountain. It's wild! I've been known to ride it four times in a row. If waits are long, look for the single rider line to the right of the regular queue for a much shorter wait. And the front row is the BEST. Have your camera ready to capture the fabulous view...and maybe the Yeti!

Sara, I hope you have a magical time on your upcoming visit. Thanks again for allowing planDisney to help you with your holiday. See you later, alligator!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
