I'm very sorry to hear that your magical vacation was affected by extenuating circumstances this year, and I know how disappointing that must feel. Disney is currently offering a couple of options to guests. According to the Operational Updates web page, any multi-day theme park tickets with unused days on them that have a usage window impacted by the park closures will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. If you are unable to visit by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date.
If instead, you would like to request a full refund for your theme park tickets, you'll want to contact the Walt Disney World Ticketing Department at (407) 566-4985, so they can confirm your billing information and ticket confirmation numbers for security purposes. The only caveat is if you have made reservations through a travel agent or third party, then you will need to contact them for assistance with processing your refund.
