If I buy a theme park ticket that's shows 10+, Can a child who is 4 yrs old use it to get in? I see on your website that the standard theme park ticket price is $109 (ages 10+) but I don't see the child's price.

Hi Jaclyn! Thanks so much for stopping by to visit us with your question here at planDisney! I see that you have a Summertime visit in the works. You and your Mouseketeer are going to have a blast this summer!

When it comes to purchasing tickets for the theme parks, you will be given the option to purchase tickets for guests ages 3-9 and 10+ before you check out. It takes a few clicks before you can see the pricing. First you would visit Disney’s official site for ticket purchases, click on the type of tickets you’d like to purchase, choose to add an option like Park Hopper or Park Hopper Plus, then you would select the dates for your ticket and then, at the very end, you will be prompted to select tickets according to guest age.

Jaclyn, your Mouseketeer can absolutely use a ticket for an older guest, but when you go to purchase your tickets, you will notice that the prices for guests ages 3-9 are generally $5 less expensive than the latter tickets. (These prices may be subject to change.)

Speaking of tickets and their options, you might want to consider adding the Park Hopper Plus option to your tickets for your visit this summer. The plus option would give you access to both of Disney’s water parks! I can’t think of a more fun way to cool off and enjoy a day in the Sunshine state!

I hope this information has been helpful to you. Don’t hesitate to drop back in to see us. We’re happy to help you with all the details of your next magical visit and love sharing our planning tips with you!

    Have a wonderful visit!
