Welcome, Jessica.
I see you discovered what lies beyond the fifth dimension, beyond the deepest, darkest corner of your imagination and have just crossed over into ...
The planDisney Zone! I’m glad you found your way here and would be happy to help.
I have some good news, Jessica. If you were wearing a MagicBand or MagicBand+ or if you were utilizing
Disney MagicMobile Service at the time you experienced The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, your photo should
automatically link to your
My Disney Experience account (though it may take up to 24 hours to appear). Go into your
My Disney Experience mobile app and click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. Select “Photos” from the options to view your
Disney PhotoPass gallery. Your attraction photo should be there.
If your photo is not showing in your Disney PhotoPass gallery, I suggest you stop by one of the Disney PhotoPass locations in the theme parks or the
Disney PhotoPass Studio in
Disney Springs. Provide them with as many details as possible, like the approximate window of time you experienced the attraction, what you were wearing, and what row you were on to help them track down your picture. If at all possible, go directly to Tower Photos, the counter where you can purchase your attraction photo at
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, and ask for their assistance. That will be your best bet.
You also have the option of contacting the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support Team at (407) 560-4300 for help in locating your missing photo by giving them the same information I described above, but since they can only be contacted on a US phone line, that may not be feasible for you.
I do so hope you’ve enjoyed your stay here at planDisney, Jessica. If you find yourself in need of further assistance, please hop aboard again, if you dare, because this elevator travels directly to the answers you need.
