Heigh-Ho Brian,
Welcome to planDisney, I am happy to guide you in the right direction for further assistance with your Walt Disney World ticket question. Currently and depending on the number of days you have purchased Walt Disney World tickets typically
expire 4 to 14-days from the start date of its use. But, depending on how old your Walt Disney World tickets are there is the possibility of unused days. I recommend calling (407) 566-4985 to speak to a Cast Member. Be sure to have your ticket information at hand. A Cast Member can then determine if the tickets fall into the category of having unused days and can assist in determining the number of remaining days and how you can proceed with adding the days or value, of the older tickets, towards the purchase of updated Walt Disney World tickets.
Before calling, and if you have not already done so, create a
My Disney Experience profile and download the
mobile app. This is your vacation hub. Here you can easily see Walt Disney World Resort Reservations, link and see your Walt Disney World tickets, make
Disney Park Pass reservations, create and learn about the
Disney MagicMobile service, reserved advanced dining reservations, prepurchase
mobile food and beverage orders, see your entire itinerary and that’s just a sneak peek of what this handy dandy tool can do for you. Become comfortable navigating it before your arrival.
