Hi Emmely,
I hope you’re having a BLAST dreaming about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I’m so glad that you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel for some help in
planning your trip. We love sharing in your Disney joy, and I’d be happy to help you figure out the perfect tickets for your trip!
With a
Park Hopper Option ticket, you’ll love having the ability to come and go from all four theme parks (Magic Kingdom park, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park) as much as you’d like! Tickets are sold per day, however, not per park, so a one-day Park Hopper Option ticket will allow you to visit the parks however you’d like during one day only. If you think you’d like to have
multiple days to soak up all of the magic and fun, you’ll want to purchase a multi-day theme park ticket.
You also asked about what time you'll need to leave.
Park hours vary by day and are posted 180 days in advance, and the great news is that you'll be able to enjoy the theme parks for as long as they're open! If you're staying at a
Disney Resort hotel, you'll also be able to take advantage of
Extra Magic Hours, where every day at least one theme park opens an hour early or stays open two hours late just for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels! My family loves to arrive at least 30 - 45 minutes before the first park we're visiting opens so that we have plenty of time to go through security and ticketing and can be among the first Guests into the park for the day. We love staying until the very end of the day, too, so that we can soak up
every ounce of Disney magic!
I hope this was helpful, Emmely. Please come back and see us again if we can help with anything else as you're thinking through the details of your trip. I hope that you and your Mouseketeers have a truly magical vacation!
Missy
