    Hi Rudolf! I admire you for planning to eat healthy on your vacation! I wish I had that kind of willpower, but I love the character breakfast buffets at Walt Disney World!

    Oatmeal is available for breakfast at Captain Cook's. Other healthy options include fruit and yogurt.
